Custom Tattoo Design

If you are interested in having a tattoo designed in Arabic calligraphy, we would be more than happy to work with you on a design. We’ll guide you through the design process, working with you to create a one of a kind design that you can have with pride from single word to long lines of poetry. We also translate between Arabic and English. If you have a word or phrase in English that you’d like translated into Arabic, we can do that for you as well. Translation is free with the purchase of a design.

Fill our Free Quote form with what you would like written, and a little bit about the design you have in mind. We will be more than happy to translate between English and Arabic. However, because ArCalligraphy charge by word, English phrases tend to be wordier, it may save on cost if you bring me the Arabic wording you would like. You can have a look at our website or our Instagram account to get an idea of the different styles we do and see which jump out at you. We will get to you within 24 to 48 hours with the cost for different design options, you pay for it online here with any credit card, and we will email you the design by email within up to 1 week. How it works is our designers will send you the final version in a high-resolution jpg format file when it is done and you print that out at the exact size you want it to be on your body, and then take that to the tattoo artist who will make a transfer.

If you would like something changed or tweaked, our designers are more than happy to redesign it for you. ArCalligraphy want this to be something you are entirely happy with, and could carry on your body with pride. ArCalligraphy designers will only ask that when you request a change, that you be as specific as possible about the type of changes you would like to see.

All rates are per number of words in Arabic.

The designer will make 4 different designs. You get to choose the one that you like the most and after you will be allowed to ask for 4 revisions on the design.

LINEAR OR FIGURATIVE?

We have two basic options for design styles: Linear and Figurative.

Linear is text on a straight line, figurative is ‘bunched up,’ in the shape of an object or otherwise non-linear.
